Class Details

Lights, camera, create! In Digital Media Studio, students will explore the exciting world of photography, video production, digital storytelling, podcasting, and creative media design. Through hands-on projects, students will learn how to capture great photos, create short videos, tell stories through images and sound, and use technology as a creative tool. Students may explore photography, short film production, stop-motion animation, podcast creation, video editing, graphic design, and content creation challenges. Along the way, they’ll learn how to plan projects, tell compelling stories, collaborate with others, and bring their ideas to life using a variety of digital tools. Projects may include photo challenges, short films, podcasts, stop-motion animations, creative storytelling activities, digital design projects, and other multimedia creations. Every session encourages creativity, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving through hands-on exploration. This class encourages students to become creators rather than consumers of technology while developing valuable digital literacy skills in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate environment.
