Class Details

KNTC Summer Enrichment is where kids get to play, build, create, and try things they actually want to do. Students jump into games, take on challenges, and turn their ideas into something real. One minute they’re playing and exploring, the next they’re designing their own version—changing rules, building worlds, or creating something completely new. They sketch ideas, plan them out, and bring them to life through art, hands-on projects, and creative builds. That might mean drawing something wild, building it, testing it, and seeing if it works (and if it doesn’t—making it better). Some projects are quick and fun, others grow all week as kids keep adding to them and making them their own. There’s also time to build and experiment off-screen—creating simple bots, testing designs, and taking on fun challenges like “can you make this move?” or “can your build win?” The kind of stuff kids get into and don’t want to stop working on. Designed for students entering K–7th grade, the experience meets them where they are. Younger students jump right in and explore, while older students get more freedom to design, build, and take their ideas further. Students play games and challenges, then flip the script and design their own. They move between building, creating, drawing, testing ideas, and working together on projects. Some moments are fast and competitive—team challenges, timed builds, and fun “let’s see what happens” moments. Others are more focused, where kids get into what they’re making and don’t want to stop. There’s always something to build, something to test, and something to show off at the end of the day.
